热轧酸洗板SAPH440翻边开裂性能分析

摘要 通过热轧酸洗板SAPH440的显微组织分析发现适当提高材料的Mn含量、降低Si含量,可以有效地缓解带状组织,细化晶粒度,提高材料屈服强度和扩孔率,同时有效地提高落料后板料的边缘质量,从而保证改善后的材料能够很好地满足零件的成形要求。试制前利用成形仿真技术预测改善后材料性能满足零件成形需求后,再进行试制,试制成功。
