代际关系质量对农村老年人口相对贫困的影响——基于CFPS的微观数据

The Impact of Relative Poverty Measurement and Intergenerational Relationship Quality on The Rural Elderly:Micro Data Based on CFPS

进入乡村振兴阶段,中国的反贫工作的重点转向解决相对贫困问题,而农村老年人口将是相对贫困治理中重点关注的群体。构建经济、健康、生活条件、精神4个维度及11个指标的多维相对贫困测度体系,基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),运用A-F法对农村老年人口多维相对贫困进行测度,并运用倾向得分匹配(PSM),探讨主要针对子女的代际关系质量对农村老年人口相对贫困的影响机理。结果表明:经济是农村老年人口多维相对贫困最主要的贡献维度,健康、生活条件、精神均是农村老年人口多维相对贫困的重要贡献维度;代际关系质量对农村年人口精神相对贫困及多维相对贫困均在1%的水平上负向显著影响,即代际关系质量越好,其对农村老年人口精神相对贫困及多维相对贫困的抑制作用越明显。最后,基于研究结论,提出对策建议。

Entering the stage of rural revitalization,the focus of China’s anti-poverty work has shifted to solving the problem of relative poverty,and the elderly population in rural areas will be the focus of the treatment of relative poverty.Thepaperconstructsa multidimensional relative poverty measurement system with four dimensions of economy,health,living conditions and spirit and 11 indicators,based on the data of 2018 Chinese Family Tracking Survey(CFPS),using a-F method to measure multidimensional relative poverty of rural elderly population,and using propensity score matching(PSM).And it explores the influence mechanism of the intergenerational relationship quality of children on the relative poverty of rural elderly population.The results show that:economy is the most important contribution dimension of multidimensional relative poverty of rural elderly population,and health,living conditions and spirits are important contribution dimension of multidimensional relative poverty of rural elderly population;The intergenerational relationship quality has a negative and significant effect on the spiritual relative poverty and multidimensional relative poverty of the rural elderly population at the level of 1%,that is,the better the intergenerational relationship quality is,the more obvious its inhibitory effect on the spiritual relative poverty and multidimensional relative poverty of the rural elderly population.Finally,based on the research conclusions,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
