摘要
纳米材料具有独特的声、光、电、磁等特性,而肝癌仍然是全球第四大癌症相关死亡原因,具有多种危险因素,因此纳米材料可以在肝细胞癌的影像学诊断、血清学诊断、病理检测、系统治疗、热消融、化学栓塞、免疫治疗以及许多其他方面发挥重要作用。与传统的临床方法比较,纳米技术具有个体选择性高,主动靶向能力强以及诊断和治疗一体化的优点。本文整合多种纳米材料在肝癌诊断和治疗中的研究现状与局限进行综述,以期为肝癌纳米药物的开发提供进一步支持。
Nanomaterials possess unique characteristics of sound,light,electricity,and magnetism.Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is still the fourth most common cause of cancer-related death worldwide with various risk factors.Therefore,nanomedicine can play an important role in imaging diagnosis,serological diagnosis,pathological detection,systematic therapy,thermal ablation,chemical embolization,immunotherapy and many other aspects of hepatocellular carcinoma.Compared with traditional clinical methods,nanotechnology has the advantages of high individual selectivity,strong active targeting ability,and integration of diagnosis and treatment.This article summarizes the research status and limitations of a variety of nanomedicine in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer,in order to provide further support for the development of nanomedicine for liver cancer.
