鼠双微体基因2和锌指转录因子Snail在甲状腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨鼠双微体基因2(MDM2)和锌指转录因子Snail在甲状腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2016年3月至2021年2月吉林省肿瘤医院病理确诊的125例甲状腺肿瘤患者的组织标本,其中94例甲状腺癌组织、31例甲状腺瘤组织,同时选择24例正常甲状腺组织为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组织中MDM2和Snail表达水平,进行χ^(2)检验统计学分析MDM2和Snail的表达与甲状腺癌临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果甲状腺瘤组织、正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺癌组织中MDM2表达率分别为35.48%(11/31)、8.33%(2/24)和82.98%(78/94),两两之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.645、48.793、5.525,P<0.05);MDM2表达水平与甲状腺癌TNM分期、组织学分级、颈淋巴结转移、包膜浸润明显相关(χ^(2)=7.592、8.516、5.829、5.048,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。甲状腺瘤组织、正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺癌组织中Snail表达率分别为38.71%(12/31)、12.50%(3/24)和67.02%(63/94),两两之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.786、23.057、4.685,P<0.05);Snail表达水平与甲状腺癌颈淋巴结转移、TNM分期和包膜浸润明显相关(χ^(2)=5.966、5.457、4.250,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 MDM2和Snail在甲状腺癌组织过表达,MDM2和Snail的表达与甲状腺癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of murine double minute 2(MDM2)and Snail in thyroid cancer tissues and their clinical significance.Methods Tissue specimens of 125 thyroid tumor patients diagnosed by pathology in Jilin Tumor Hospital from March 2016 to February 2021 were collected,including 94 thyroid carcinoma tissues and 31 thyrophyma tissues.Meanwhile,24 normal thyroid tissues were selected as the control group.The expression levels of MDM2 and Snail in each tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between the expression of MDM2 and Snail and the clinicopathological parameters of thyroid carcinoma was statistically analyzed by chi-square test.Results The positive expression rate of MDM2 in thyrophyma tissues,thyroid normal tissues and thyroid carcinoma tissues were 35.48%(11/31),8.33%(2/24)and 82.98%(78/94)with significant difference(χ^(2)=25.645,48.793,5.525,P<0.05).The expressions level of MDM2 were related thyroid carcinoma to tumor node metastasis stage(TNM stage),histology grade,neck lymph node metastasis,capsular invasion(χ^(2)=7.592,8.516,5.829,5.048,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The positive expression rate of Snail in thyrophyma tissues,thyroid normal tissues and thyroid carcinoma tissues were 38.71%(12/31),12.50%(3/24)and 67.02%(63/94)with significant difference(χ^(2)=7.786,23.057,4.685,P<0.05).the expressions level of Snail were related thyroid carcinoma to neck lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and capsular invasion(χ^(2)=5.966,5.457,4.250,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion MDM2 and Snail are overexpressed in thyroid carcinoma tissues,and the expression of MDM2 and Snail are closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma.
