中低速磁浮单线轨道梁日照温度场分析 被引量:1

摘要 磁浮轨道梁在日照作用下的温度分布特征是控制轨道梁温度变形的重要因素。基于传热学、太阳物理学、天文学等相关理论,利用ANSYS软件建立了中低速磁浮典型轨道梁热分析模型,采用上海夏季气象参数研究了截面温度随时间和空间的变化规律和分布特征。计算分析表明,温度具有明显的非线性和时滞性,轨道梁表面的最高温度在14:00达到50℃,竖向最大温差为20.1℃,其竖向温度梯度分布与相应规范规定的梯度曲线在顶部区域相差不大,但在底部0.3 m高度范围内规范值要远小于计算值。 The temperature distribution characteristics of the maglev guideway caused by solar radiation is an important factor for temperature deformation control of the guideway.Based on heat transfer,solar physics and astrology theories,a FEM model for thermal analysis of typical medium and low speed maglev guideway was established by ANSYS software.The temperature distribution and change with time and space were studied according to Shanghai summer meteorological parameters.The results show that the temperature of cross section has obvious nonlinearity and time lag.The maximum temperature of the guideway surface is 50℃at 14:00,and the maximum vertical temperature difference is 20.1℃.Compared to temperature gradient curve specified in according design code,the vertical temperature gradient distribution is basically consistent at the top area,but the code value is much smaller than the calculated value within the 0.3 m height from the bottom.
