摘要
钢筒仓在漏斗仓底传来的环向压力作用下容易发生平面外屈曲破坏,其T型环梁稳定是设计关注的重点。介绍中欧规范关于环梁稳定承载力的计算方法,以某钢筒仓项目为例,针对T型环梁腹板厚度、腹板宽度、翼缘厚度和翼缘宽度4个基本参数,假定任意3个参数不变,选取另一个参数的不同值,根据中国、欧洲规范的相关规定,计算环梁稳定承载力,分析不同规范计算值之间的差异,为类似工程设计人员提供参考。
The steel silo is prone to out-of-plane buckling under the action of circumferential pressure from the bottom of hopper.The stability of T-section ringbeam is the focus of designer.Introducing the calculation method of stability bearing capacity between Chinese and European codes.Taking a steel silo project as an example,for 4 basic parameters of thickness of web,width of web,thickness of flange,width of flange of T-section ringbeam,when any 3 parameters constant,selecting different values of another parameter,according to the relevant regulations of Chinese and European codes,the stability bearing capacity of T-section ringbeam is calculated respectively.The differences between the calculated values of different codes are analyzed,that could provide reference for the designers of similar projects.
