地下清障回填后土体改良的施工方法研究

摘要 介绍了地下连续墙在施工前对清障回填区域先采用低水泥掺量的高压旋喷桩在槽段内全断面进行土体改良,确保地下连续墙泥浆护壁成槽时,槽壁土体的稳定。有效解决了清障回填土因不密实导致后续在地下连续墙成槽时,槽壁坍塌的风险,同时采用低水泥掺量的旋喷桩也不会造成地下连续墙成槽抓土的困难。相比传统的采用三轴搅拌桩在地下连续墙两侧进行槽壁加固,采用全断面低掺量高压旋喷桩土体改良不仅设备简单且具有较好的经济性。 This paper introduces that before the construction of diaphragm wall,the high-pressure jet grouting pile with low cement content is used to improve the soil in the whole section of the trench section to ensure the stability of the soil in the trench wall when the slurry retaining wall of diaphragm wall forms a trench.It effectively solves the risk of collapse of the trench wall when the diaphragm wall is grooved due to the lack of compactness of the obstacle clearing backfill.At the same time,the use of low cement content jet grouting pile will not cause the difficulty of soil grabbing in the grooving of the diaphragm wall.Compared with the traditional method of using triaxial mixing pile to reinforce the trench wall on both sides of the diaphragm wall,using full section low content high pressure jet grouting pile to improve the soil is not only simple but also economical.
