摘要
桩基工程施工过程中涉及人员、大型机械和工序繁杂、地层地质条件复杂,项目工程管理环节薄弱等问题,一旦发生事故所造成的风险巨大。针对这一问题,依托于某桩基工程施工项目,在对该桩基工程施工进行风险分析流程研究的基础上,开展了施工过程分析、施工风险识别和LECD施工风险评估,并就评估结果提出了针对性的施工管理策略。
In the construction process of pile foundation engineering,it involves personnel,large machinery and complex procedures,the stratum geological conditions are large,the project management link is weak,once the accident caused by the risk is huge.In view of this problem,this paper,based on a pile foundation engineering construction project,carries out the construction process analysis,construction risk identification and construction risk assessment on the basis of the risk analysis process research of the pile foundation engineering construction,and puts forward the targeted construction management strategy on the assessment results.
