不同温拌技术对沥青及其沥青混合料性能影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 选取温拌剂Sasobit,M1,1102C,通过相应的性能实验研究各温拌剂对SBS改性沥青及其混合料性能影响,并研究各温拌剂降温效果。研究结果表明:温拌剂Sasobit使原SBS改性沥青的软化点上升,针入度、延度、135℃黏度下降,温拌剂1102C及M1对原SBS改性沥青技术三大指标及黏度影响较小,能更大幅度提高沥青的抗老化性能;温拌剂M1降温效果最好,可以达到28℃的降温幅度;温拌剂Saso提升沥青混合料的高温性能与抗疲劳性能,而对低温性能有一定负面影响。温拌剂1102C与M1提升沥青混合料的水稳定性。 In this study,the warm-mix agents Sasobit,M1,1102C are selected,and the effect of each warm-mix agent on the performance of SBS modified asphalt and its mixture is studied through corresponding performance experiments,and the cooling effect of each warm-mix agent is studied.The research results show that the warm-mix agent Sasobit increases the softening point of the original SBS modified asphalt,and decreases the penetration,ductility,and viscosity at 135℃.Warm-mix agents 1102C and M1 have little effect on the three major technical indicators and viscosity of the original SBS modified asphalt,which can greatly improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt;the warm-mix agent M1 has the best cooling effect,which can reach a temperature drop of 28℃;the warm-mix agent Saso improves the high temperature performance and fatigue resistance of the asphalt mixture,but has a certain negative impact on the low temperature performance,warm-mix 1102C and M1 enhance the water stability of asphalt mixture.
