摘要
为探究表面活性剂用于沥青混合料温拌技术的适用性,选择三种非离子表面活性剂,在验证其温拌效果的基础上,探究表面活性剂对沥青经验指标的影响。试验结果表明:油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺以及Span80均具有一定的温拌效果,可降低10℃拌合温度;掺加0%~0.9%的三种表面活性剂均会使沥青试样的软化点逐渐降低,25℃针入度逐渐增大,5℃延度逐渐增大,但各经验指标仍满足规范要求;三种非离子型表面活性剂适用于沥青混合料温拌技术。
In order to explore the applicability of surfactants used in the warm mixing technology of asphalt mixtures,three non-ionic surfactants were selected,and on the basis of verifying their warm mixing effects,the influence of surfactants on asphalt empirical indicators was explored.The test results show that oleic acid amide,erucic acid amide and Span80 all have a certain warm mixing effect,which can reduce the mixing temperature of 10℃,adding 0%~0.9%of three surfactants will all make the softening point of the asphalt sample gradually decrease,the penetration degree at 25℃gradually increases,and the ductility at 5℃gradually increases,but the empirical indicators still meet the specification requirements;three non-ionic surfactants are suitable for the warm mixing technology of asphalt mixtures.
