国内外学术期刊和期刊数据库对论文的组织形式及其评价研究

我国的人文社科类学术期刊主要以栏目形式组织论文,英美等国家的人文社科类学术期刊以文献类型组织论文。相较于国外期刊数据库对文献类型会设置各自的划分标准,国内期刊全文数据库和引文数据库对栏目并不重视,由此带来栏目和文献类型在期刊评价中不同的作用和价值。我国期刊界、数据库、评价机构等应提高对栏目建设和栏目评价的重视程度。

Humanities and social science academic journals in China mainly organize papers in the form of columns,while other academic journals in Britain,America and other countries organize papers in the form of document type/article type.Journals full-text database and citation databases in China do not pay attention to columns,while foreign journal databases pay more attention to document type/article type and set their own classification standards.This brings different roles and values of columns and document type/article type in journal evaluation,which also enlightens that we should pay more attention to column construction and column evaluation.periodical circles,databases and evaluation institutions need to pay more attention to columns.
