摘要
目的:探讨甲巯咪唑联合地塞米松治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并症的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年12月收治的112例甲状腺功能亢进症合并症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予甲巯咪唑联合地塞米松治疗,对照组仅给予甲巯咪唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后甲状腺功能、肝功能和内分泌功能。结果:观察组总体临床疗效总有效率为96.43%,较对照组(83.93%)显著性提高(P<0.05);治疗前两组FT3、FT4、AST、ALT、TT3、TT4、ANP、PRA水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组FT3、FT4、AST、ALT、TT3、TT4、ANP水平均显著下降、PRA水平提高,且观察组FT3、FT4、AST、ALT、TT3、TT4、ANP水平下降更显著(P<0.05),PRA水平提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:甲巯咪唑联合地塞米松治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并症可有效提高临床疗效,促进患者甲状腺功能、肝功能和内分泌功能的改善,且治疗的安全性和药物的稳定性更高,值得应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of methimazole combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism complications.Methods:112 patients with hyperthyroidism complications admitted from June 2017 to December 2018 were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The observation group were treated with methimazole and dexamethasone,while the control group were treated with only methimazole,with the clinical efficacy of the two groups,thyroid function,liver function and endocrine function before and after treatment compared.Results:The total effective rate of the overall clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.93%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the levels of FT3,FT4,AST,ALT,TT3,TT4,ANP and PRA before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FT3,FT4,AST,ALT,TT3 and TT4 decreased significantly and the levels of ANP increased significantly;the levels of FT3,FT4,AST,ALT,TT3,TT4 in the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05)and the levels of ANP in the observation group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methimazole combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism complications can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,promote thyroid function,liver function and endocrine,which is safer and more reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
