专科护理质量指标监控模式在肺结核咯血患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of the monitoring mode of specialty nursing quality indicators in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis

目的:探讨专科护理质量指标监控模式应用于肺结核咯血患者中的效果。方法:选取70例肺结核咯血患者为对象,分为观察组与对照组。对照组常规护理,观察组行专科护理质量指标监控模式下的护理干预,比较护理满意度及并发症;同时选取感染性疾病科护士16名护士为研究对象,比较专科护理质量指标监控模式实施前后护理人员的核心能力。结果:项目实施后护理人员CIRN量表中病情观察评估能力、专业知识掌握、规范动手能力、表达应变处理能力、沟通能力、人文关怀与素养评分较实施前均显著提高(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意率为94.29%,较对照组患者77.14%显著提高(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为2.86%,较对照组患者22.86%显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:对于肺结核咯血患者实施专科护理质量指标监控模式下的护理干预,一方面可以促进护理人员核心能力的提高,另一方面,还可以促进护理质量的提高,降低并发症发生率,改善预后,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of the monitoring model of specialty nursing quality indicators in pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients.Methods:70 pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group adopted special nursing quality index monitoring mode nursing intervention.The nursing service satisfaction and the occurrence of complications were compared in the two groups.16 nurses in the infectious disease department were selected and the core competences of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the specialty nursing quality indicator monitoring model were compared.Results:After the implementation of the project,the nursing staff’s observation and evaluation ability,professional knowledge mastery,standardized hands-on ability,expression and response ability,communication competence,humanistic care and literacy scores in the CIRN scale were significantly improved compared to those before implementation(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the experimental group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 77.14%(P<0.05).The complication rate was 2.86%,which was significantly lower than that of 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis patients,the implementation of nursing intervention under the monitoring mode of specialist nursing quality indicators can promote the core competence of nursing staff on the one hand,and on the other hand,promote nursing quality,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the prognosis,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services.It is worthy of promotion.
