个体化延续性护理对全膝关节置换术患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Influence of individualized continuous nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty

目的:探讨个体化延续性护理对全膝关节置换术患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年1月68例行全膝关节置换术的患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予个性化延续性护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组护理前后SAS、SDS、SF-36量表评分。结果:护理前两组SAS、SDS、SF-36量表各维度评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组下降更显著,SF-36量表各维度评分提高较对照组更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化延续性护理可改善全膝关节置换术患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of individualized continuous care on the negative emotions and quality of life of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty from February 2017 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given individualized continuous care,and the control group was given routine care.The scores of SAS,SDS and SF-36 were compared before and after nursing in the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS,SDS and SF-36 scales between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group decreased more significantly than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 scale increased more significantly than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized continuous nursing can improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
