Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of AGI(Acute Gastrointestinal Injury Grading) graded nursing intervention model on the mental state and quality of life of patients with severe pancreatitis. Methods:94 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the intervention group was given AGI graded nursing intervention mode. SDS and SAS scores, gastrointestinal function recovery time, quality of life scores before and after intervention, and nursing services satisfaction rate were compared before and after the intervention in the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and the SDS and SAS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower after those in the control group(P<0.05). The abdominal pain relief time, abdominal distension relief time, bowel sound recovery time, exhaust recovery time, and defecation recovery time of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the QOL scale in the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the mental state, physiological function, social function, and psychological function scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the mental state, physiological function, and the scores of social function and psychological function of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 93.62 %, compared with the control group 78.72 %(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of AGI graded nursing intervention model to patients with severe pancreatitis can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, improve the quality of life, alleviate the psychological condition of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services. It is worthy of promotion.
