针灸联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病患者效果观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture combined with banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of patients with helicobacter pylori-related gastric disease

目的:探讨针灸联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病患者效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年5月收治的170例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后中医症状评分、实验室相关指标,HP根治率。结果:观察组患者临床疗效总有效率为96.47%,较对照组患者(78.82%)显著提高(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者胃痛、胃胀、嗳气、少食症状评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者胃痛、胃胀、嗳气、少食症状评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组复查HP(-)82例(96.47%),较对照组HP(-)67例(78.82%)显著提高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者PGI、PGII、PGR、GAS指标水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者PGI、PGII、PGR、GAS指标水平优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病可提高临床疗效和HP根治率,缓解患者临床症状,改善PGI、PGII、PGR、GAS指标水平,促进患者疾病恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of patients with helicobacter pylori-related gastric disease.Methods:170 patients with helicobacter pylori-related gastric disease admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group were given acupuncture combined with banxia xiexin decoction on the basis of the treatment used in the control group,with the clinical effects,the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,laboratory-related indicators,and the HP radical curative rates compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.47%,significantly higher than that of the control group(78.82%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of gastric pain,bloating,belching,and anorexia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of stomach pain,bloating,belching,and anorexia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,82 cases of HP(-)(96.47%)were rechecked,which was significantly higher than 67 cases of the control group(78.82%)(χ2=11.046,P=0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PGI,PGII,PGR,GAS index levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PGI,PGII,PGR,GAS index levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of helicobacter pylori-related gastric disease can improve the clinical efficacy and HP radical curative rates,alleviate patients’clinical symptoms,improve PGI,PGII,PGR,GAS index levels,and promote patients’disease recovery,worthy of promotion.
