针灸联合桃红四物汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者效果观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia

目的:探讨针灸联合桃红四物汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年10月收治的64例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组给予针灸联合桃红四物汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后VAS、PSQI评分及炎性因子水平。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为93.75%,较对照组的81.25%显著提高(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者VAS、PSQI评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者VAS、PSQI评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者TNF-ɑ、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-10指标水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者TNF-ɑ、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-10指标水平均显著改善,且治疗后观察组患者TNF-ɑ、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-10指标水平优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合桃红四物汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著,缓解患者疼痛程度,改善其睡眠质量,降低炎症因子水平,减轻炎症反应,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Method:64 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,VAS and PSQI scores and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of 81.13%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS and PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS and PSQI scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-ɑ,IL-6,IL-1β,and IL-10 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-ɑ,IL-6,IL-1β,and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly improved,and the TNF-ɑ,IL-6,IL-1β,IL-10 index levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction has a significant effect on postherpetic neuralgia,which relieves the patient’s pain,improves their sleep quality,reduces the level of inflammatory factors,and reduces inflammation response.It has high safety,worthy of promotion.
