内蒙古某医学高校研究生对导师的期望调查研究

Research on graduate students’expectations to tutors in a medical college in Inner Mongolia

为了提高本校的研究生培养质量,优化导师队伍建设。根据本校情况,采用问卷调查的方式,对本校研究生对导师期望内容进行调查。结果显示,在学生选择导师时,考虑的因素主要为科研水平、教学水平、对学生的关心程度、严格要求、充足的经费等方面,并希望能够经常得到导师在学术、生活等方面的指导。根据调查结果提出,可以从导师的思想道德、业务水平以及招生数量方面优化导师队伍,并希望以此提高本校研究生培养水平。

This research was aimed to improve the quality of postgraduate training in our college and optimize the construction of tutor team.Survey was conducted to investigate the expectations of graduate students to tutors,based on the questionnaires which were adopt according to the situation of this college.The results show that scientific research,teaching,concerning about students,strict requirements,sufficient funds and good communication skills was the main factors that students considered when choosing a tutor.And it was also expected that they could often get tutor’s guidance in academic,life and other aspects.According to the survey results,we propose that the tutor team can be optimized from the aspects of the tutor’s ideology and ethics,professional level and the number of students enrolled,and we wish this would be effective to make the postgraduate training level of our college be advanced.
