摘要
复合循环疲劳是燃气轮机叶片和压力容器构件广泛存在的一种疲劳破坏形式。本文以不锈钢S310为研究材料,分别进行了低周疲劳实验、超高周疲劳实验、低周-超高周复合循环疲劳实验,并基于疲劳实验结果和损伤累积理论提出了低周-超高周复合循环疲劳寿命预测方法。通过多组数据与多个复合循环疲劳寿命预测模型的对比,发现本文所提模型在复合循环疲劳寿命预测中具有较小的平均误差和分散性。
Combined high and low cycle fatigue(CCF)generally induces the failure of gas turbine blades and pressure vessel components.In this work,Low cycle fatigue(LCF)test,very-high cycle fatigue(VHCF)test and combined low and very-high cycle fatigue test are performed,and the life prediction method of combined low and very-high cycle fatigue test is discussed with stainless steel S310 as the material.Through the comparison and verification of multiple sets of data and multiple models,it is found that the proposed model in most of the composite fatigue life prediction has less average error and lower dispersion.
