超大经济体的实践端倪与理论构建--基于中国的经济发展

Practical Clue and Theoretical Construction of the Theory of Mega-economies--Based on the Economic Development of China

超大经济体理论是以大国规模经济理论为核心理论基础、以双循环发展战略为核心战略构建的理论体系。西方经济学中的规模经济理论大致经历了斯密的分工理论、马歇尔的规模经济理论和科斯的交易成本理论三个阶段,是大国规模经济理论的主要来源;而马克思的规模经济理论是对斯密分工理论的继承和发展,是对大国规模经济理论的重要补充。当前保护主义上升、大国冲突加剧、全球市场萎缩的外部环境,恰好为超大经济体理论发展提供了现实机遇。我们应该以大国规模经济理论为核心理论基础,以逆全球化、新冠肺炎疫情暴发等为现实背景,深入分析超大经济体在百年未有之大变局下的战略调整问题,探讨超大经济体内部实施双循环发展战略的可行性,初步构建基于中国经济发展的超大经济体理论体系。

The theory of Mega-economies are a theoretical system based on the theory of large-scale economy and the dual-circulation development strategy. The theory of scale economy in Western economics has experienced three stages: Smith’s theory of division of Labor, Marshall’s theory of scale economy and Ronald Coase’s theory of transaction cost;Marxism’s theory of scale economy is the inheritance and development of Smith’s theory of division of Labor, and is an important supplement to the theory of large-scale economy. The current external environment provides a realistic opportunity for the development of the theory of Mega-economies. We should take the theory of large-scale economy as the core theoretical foundation, take the reverse globalization, the outbreak of new pneumonia and so on as the realistic background, and deeply analyze the strategic adjustment of Mega-economies under the situation that hasn’t changed in a century, this paper probes into the feasibility of implementing the dual circulation development strategy within the Mega-economies, and preliminarily constructs the theoretical system of Mega-economies based on the economic development of China.
