中国大学创业教育发展比较研究

Comparative Study on the Development of Entrepreneurship Education in Chinese Universities

创业教育的目标除了激发学生的创新意识外,更为核心的是培养学生的企业家精神。总结1980—2020年中国大学创业教育的三个发展形态;比较了中、美、英、日4国大学创业教育的发展特色;基于组织理论视角,对中国大学创业教育的未来进行展望。

The goal of entrepreneurship education is not only to stimulate students'innovative consciousness,but also to cultivate students'entrepreneurship,that is,leadership and executive ability to put ideas into practice.At present,entrepreneurship education has become one of the important tasks in university.The first part summarizes three development patterns of entrepreneurship education in Chinese Universities from 1980 to 2020.The second part compares the development characteristics of entrepreneurship education among Universities of China,the United States,Britain and Japan,and then makes a reflection.The third part summarizes the future prospects of entrepreneurship education in Chinese Universities in the perspective of organizational theory.
