乡村振兴战略背景下知识产权助力乡村产业发展路径--以恩施州鹤峰县为例

Research on the path of intellectual property assisting the development of rural industry under the strategy of Rural Revitalization——Taking Hefeng County,Enshi Prefecture,Hubei Province as an example

产业振兴是乡村振兴的基础,知识产权是产业发展的重要资源和核心竞争力。以湖北省恩施州鹤峰县为例,分析产业专利、商标和地理标志现状;探讨知识产权支撑乡村产业发展路径;提出利用专利制度引导产业技术创新,以商标和地理标志制度构建产业品牌,进而带动乡村产业高质量发展、支撑乡村振兴战略的建议,为巩固脱贫攻坚成果、促进乡村振兴战略实践提供参考。

Industrial revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization,and intellectual property is an important resource and core competitiveness of industrial development.Taking Hefeng County in Enshi Prefecture of Hubei Province as an example,this paper studies the development path of rural industry supported by intellectual property from the current situation of industrial patents,trademarks and geographical indications.This paper puts forward the suggestions of using patent system to guide industrial technology innovation,using trademark and geographical indication system to build industrial brand,so as to drive the high-quality development of rural industry and support the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It provides a reference for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting the practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
