摘要
目的研究肾移植患者BK病毒(BK virus,BKV)感染与血管损伤标志物内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)及同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)之间的关系。方法在15例合并BKV感染的肾移植患者中,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测血、尿BK病毒载量,采用ELISA检测血浆ET-1表达水平,通过全自动生化分析仪检测循环血HCY水平。结果在15例患者中有13例术后首次BKV载量检测为阴性,并在随访过程中出现BKV感染。首次确诊感染时间在距手术(166.3±72.0)天。从未感染到感染的过程中,循环血ET-1及HCY均无显著变化。经调整免疫抑制治疗后15例患者中有8例感染恢复,距首次确诊感染时间为(272.8±105.8)天。从BKV感染到恢复过程中,循环血ET-1显著降低,而HCY水平无显著变化。结论循环血ET-1可能与肾移植术后BKV感染有关,在恢复阶段ET-1显著降低。
Objective To investigate the relationship between BK virus(BKV)infection and endothelin-1(ET-1)or homocysteine(HCY).Methods Plasma and urinary BKV loads were detected using real-time quantitative PCR.Plasma ET-1 was detected using ELISA and the circulatory HCY was measured using an automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results There were 13 patients diagnosed as negative for BKV infection in the initial BKV loads test post transplantation,and turned to positive during the follow-up.The average time from transplantation to infection was(166.3±72.0)days.The circulatory ET-1 or HCY showed no significant change from non-infection to infection.There were 8 patients recovered after the adjustment of immunosuppressive regimen,the average time from the diagnosis of BKV infection to recovery was(272.8±105.8)days.The circulatory ET-1 was significantly reduced during BKV infection recovery,whereas the HCY was comparable.Conclusion Circulatory ET-1 was down-regulated in BKV infection recovery after renal transplantation.
