摘要
代谢性心血管病是以机体糖、脂质代谢紊乱为主要病因引起的心血管疾病,严重威胁我国居民健康,给公共卫生系统带来巨大负担。代谢性心血管病的发生机制仍不完全清楚,且目前缺乏有效、精准的干预措施。新近研究表明,非编码RNA参与代谢性心血管疾病发生发展并发挥重要调控作用。本综述着重于阐述非编码RNA在代谢性心血管疾病中的作用及可能机制,揭示其作为预防和治疗靶点的潜力。
Metabolic cardiovascular diseases is a kind of disease caused by the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,which seriously threatens the health of Chinese residents and brings a huge burden to public health system.The exact mechanism of it is still unclear,and there is still a lack of effective and precise interventions.Recent researches have shown that non-coding RNA had important regulatory effects on metabolic cardiovascular diseases.This review focuses on elucidating the role and mechanism of non-coding RNA in metabolic cardiovascular disease,and providing novel targets for prevention and treatment.
