矿粉稳定钢渣基层材料干缩温缩性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为合理利用建筑废弃物—钢渣,研究矿粉稳定钢渣用作基层材料可行性,解决半刚性基层材料易开裂等问题。通过试验,对不同矿粉掺入量的矿粉稳定钢渣基层材料进行室内干缩温缩试验,分析时间及温度对其干缩温缩性能的影响,并对水泥稳定碎石、水泥稳定钢渣进行对比分析。试验结果表明:不同的矿粉剂量对矿粉稳定钢渣干缩温缩性能有影响,矿粉剂量越高,矿粉稳定钢渣干缩温缩系数越大。干缩系数随时间呈先增大趋势,30 d后趋于平缓。温缩系数随温度升高呈先降低后升高趋势,0℃的温缩系数最低;混合料干缩系数:水泥稳定钢渣>矿粉稳定钢渣>水泥稳定碎石,混合料温缩系数:矿粉稳定钢渣>水泥稳定碎石>水泥稳定钢渣。 In order to make rational use of building waste as steel slag,the feasibility of using slag stabilized by mineral powder as base material was studied,and the cracking problem of semi-rigid base material was solved.In this paper,the dry and temperature shrinkage test of slag base material stabilized by different amount of slag powder was carried out,and the effect of time and temperature on the dry and temperature shrinkage property was analyzed.The cement-stabilized Macadam and cement-stabilized steel slag were compared and analyzed.The results show that different dosage of mineral powder has an effect on the shrinkage of slag stabilized by mineral powder.The dry shrinkage coefficient increased firstly with time,and leveled off after 30 days.The dry shrinkage coefficient of the mixture is:cement stabilized steel slag>slag stabilized by mineral powder>cement stabilized macadam,and the temperature shrinkage coefficient of the mixture is the lowest at 0°C,temperature shrinkage coefficient of mixture:slag stabilized by mineral powder>cement stabilized macadam>cement stabilized steel slag.
