摘要
分别采用单因素实验和正交实验,分析了水泥、减水剂、膨胀剂和纳米二氧化硅用量等对高强水泥基套筒灌浆料的流动度、强度和膨胀率的影响规律。研究表明:减水剂和水泥用量是影响高强水泥基套筒灌浆料流动度和强度的主要因素,当水泥用量1000 g、减水剂用量0.35%、纳米二氧化硅掺量0.4%、膨胀剂用量1.0%时,灌浆料的各项性能满足《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》的技术要求。
The influence of cement,water reducer,expansive agent and nano-silica on fluidity,strength and expansion rate of high-strength cementitious grout was analyzed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Research shows that the amount of water reducer powder and cement are the main factor affecting the fluidity and compressive and flexural strength of high-strength cementitious grout.When the amount of cement is 1000 g,the water reducer is 0.35%,the nano-silica is 0.4%,and the expansion agent is 1.0%,The performance of the cementitious grout meets the technical requirements of“Cementitious grout for coupler of rebar splicing”.
