新型城镇化、资源和环境耦合协调发展研究——以广东为例

Coupling and Coordinated Development among the New Urbanization,Resources and Environment——Evidence from Gangdong

党的十八大提出了新型城镇化战略的概念,新型城镇化是“内涵式”城镇化,是资源、要素优化配置、土地利用等全盘型的综合谋划和推进,因此新型城镇化与资源、环境相互影响、相互支持,三者的协调发展是区域可持续发展的基础。基于耦合协调发展模型,以2005-2019年广东省面板数据为例,研究新型城镇化、资源、环境三者之间耦合协调发展程度,结果表明:城镇化、资源、环境三大系统的综合发展指数水平整体上呈现上升趋势,但呈现一定程度的不同步;2005-2019年间广东城镇化、资源、环境三大系统耦合度呈现不断上升趋势;2005-2019年间广东城镇化、资源、环境三大系统协调度整体呈现不断上升趋势,现阶段处于良好协调阶段。

The 18th National Congress of the CPC has put forward the concept of a new-type urbanization strategy.The new-type urbanization is a"connotative"urbanization,a comprehensive planning and promotion of resources,optimized allocation of factors,land use,etc.,therefore,the new-type urbanization and the resources and environment influence and support each other,and the coordinated development of the three is the foundation of regional sustainable development.Based on the coupled coordinated development model and panel data of Guangdong province from 2005 to 2019,this paper studies the coupled coordinated development of new urbanization,resources and environment,the results show that:the comprehensive development index level of urbanization,resources and environment system shows an upward trend,but shows a certain degree of non-synchronization.From 2005 to 2019,the coupling degree of urbanization,resources and environment in Guangdong has been on the rise.From 2005 to 2019,the coordination degree of the three systems of urbanization,resources and environment in Guangdong has been on the rise.
