校园“绿色+健康”图书馆建筑关键技术应用实践——以南京一中图文信息楼为例 被引量:5

摘要 随着社会的发展和生活水平的逐步提高,人们追求健康生活的需求越来越强烈。基于校园绿色建筑的建设,针对我国校园图书馆建筑中存在的影响师生身心健康的问题,以南京一中江北校区的典型建筑——图文信息楼为例,对校园"绿色+健康"建筑关键技术的应用实践进行介绍。包括空气质量控制措施、水质保障措施、节能优化技术、舒适性营造技术、健身和人文技术措施。充分统筹建筑、暖通、给排水、景观等各专业之间的一体化协同设计,并采用模拟分析的方法加以优化验证,提出"绿色+健康"建筑在校园图书馆建造全过程中的设计思路以及解决方法,为校园图书馆绿色健康建筑的建设提供经验借鉴。 With the development of society and the gradual improvement of living standards,people′s demand for a healthy life has become stronger.Based on the construction of green buildings in campus,this paper introduces the application of key technologies of"green+healthy"architecture on campus by taking the typical building in Jiangbei campus of Nanjing No.1 middle school as an example.The key technical measures include air quality control measures,water quality assurance,energy-saving optimization,comfort building technology,fitness and humanistic technology.The integrated collaborative design among architecture,HVAC,water supply and drainage,landscape and other disciplines are fully coordinated,and the simulation analysis method is used to optimize and verify.The design ideas and solutions of"green+healthy"building in the whole process of campus library are proposed,which provides experience and references for the green and healthy library.
