利用两种方法对玻璃光学检测试验进行数据处理

摘要 工程质量检测人员做某一项检测时往往只需要按表读数,对数据分析软件的掌握是非常欠缺的。如果检测设备配套软件出现了计算的问题,造成了检测结果的错误,后果将是不堪设想的。检测数据的准确性是工程质量检测公司生死存亡的命脉。针对市面上玻璃光学检测仪器设备出具的原始数据结果不准确的问题,基于软件对玻璃光学检测试验进行数据处理是很有必要的。利用Excel VBA和Python依次对玻璃光学检测试验进行数据处理,纠正了光学检测设备出具的原始记录中的计算错误,同时利用Excel VBA和Python各自的特点对原始记录进行改良和扩展。 When engineering quality inspector do a certain test,they only need to read according to the inspection equipment,they are lack of mastery of data analysis software.If there are calculation problems in the matching software of the inspection equipment,resulting in errors in the test results,the consequences will be unimaginable.The accuracy of test data is the lifeblood of engineering quality inspection company.Aiming at the problem that the original data of glass optical testing equipment on the market are not accurate,it is necessary to process the data of glass optical test based on software.Excel VBA and python are used to process the data of glass optical test in turn,and the calculation errors in the original records issued by optical inspection equipment are corrected.Meanwhile,the original records are improved and expanded by using the respective characteristics of Excel VBA and python.
