ST18基因多态性与新疆地区天疱疮的相关性

Correlation of ST18 Gene Polymorphism with Pemphigus in Xinjiang

目的探讨新疆地区ST18基因rs2304365、rs17315309位点多态性与天疱疮的相关性。方法采用病例对照研究,利用PCR-LDR技术对新疆地区78例天疱疮患者(寻常型天疱疮55例、落叶型天疱疮23例)和80例健康对照组的ST18基因2个SNP位点rs2304365、rs17315309进行分型,比较病例组与对照组间的等位基因频率及基因型频率的差异,利用Logistic回归模型分析其与天疱疮的相关性。结果病例组与对照组ST18基因rs2304365基因型频率CC(0.85,0.84)、CT(0.15,0.16)分布,等位基因频率C(0.92,0.92)、T(0.08,0.08)分布,两组间基因型频率和等位基因型频率分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组与对照组ST18基因rs17315309基因型频率AA(0.92,0.96)、AG(0.08,0.04)分布,等位基因频率A(0.96,0.98)、G(0.04,0.02)分布,两组间基因型频率和等位基因型频率分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ST18基因rs17315309、rs2304365单核苷酸多态性可能与新疆地区天疱疮的患病风险无相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation of the polymorphism of ST18 gene rs2304365 and rs17315309 with pemphigus in Xinjiang.Methods The case-control study was conducted on 78 pemphigus patients(55 cases of pemphigus vulgaris,23 cases of pemphigus foliaceus)and 80 healthy controls.The two SNPs(rs2304365,rs17315309)of ST18 gene were analyzed by PCR-LDR technology.The susceptibility between gene and pemphigus was analyzed through the logistic-regression model.Results The rs2304365 genotype frequency of ST18 gene in pemphigus group and control group was CC(0.85,0.84)and CT(0.15,0.16),and the allele frequency C(0.92,0.92)and T(0.08,0.08).There was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency of rs2304365 between the two groups(P>0.05).The rs17315309 genotype frequency of ST18 gene in pemphigus and control group was AA(0.92,0.96)and AG(0.08,0.04),and the allele frequency A(0.96,0.98)and G(0.04,0.02).There was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency of rs17315309 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphism of ST18 gene rs2304365 and rs17315309 is not associated with the risk of pemphigus in Xinjiang.
