In the new era,the cultivation of the executive ability of college counselors should be organically integrated into the modern system of education governance from the perspective of“3-all education”,which has far-reaching significance.The cultivation of the executive ability of college counselors should be based on the actual situation of colleges and universities,improvement of the long-term mechanism for education through moral instruction and the establishment of a scientific assessment mechanism and ideological and political education system in universities to forge an innovative“3-all education”governance pattern.
