党的十九大报告首次将乡村振兴提升到治国理政的战略高度,而乡村人才振兴是乡村振兴战略中的关键因素,乡村振兴离不开人才,乡村人才的作用至关重要。要突破人才发展困境,必须要从引才借力、制度政策和基础设施等方面改善人才发展环境,提高乡村人才竞争优势。

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,rural revitalization is raised to the strategic height of governance for the first time.The revitalization of rural talents is a key factor in the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization cannot be separated from the development of talents,and the role of rural talents is crucial.To break through the dilemma of talent development,it is necessary to improve the talent development environment in terms of attracting talents,institutional policies and infrastructure,and enhance the competitive advantages of rural talents.
