摘要
目的分析不同病程T2DM患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)与代谢指标的相关性。方法选取2011年5月至2019年2月于北京大学人民医院内分泌科住院的T2DM患者664例,分为DM病程≤5年组321例及DM病程≥10年组343例。住院期间采集空腹血清样本测量FGF21,采用Spearman相关分析FGF21与代谢指标的相关性。结果两组FGF21水平比较,差异无统计学意义。DM病程≤5年组FGF21与LDL-C、TG、SUA、ALT、AST及UACR呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。DM病程≥10年组FGF21与高血压患病率、BMI、AST、TG、SUA及UACR呈正相关(P<0.05),与Hb A1c、e GFR呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者与血清FGF21、BMI、血脂等相关。DM病程≥10年T2DM患者血清FGF21与高血压和肾功能相关。
ObjectiveTo investigated the association between serum fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21)and metabolic characteristics in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)patients with different durations.Methods A total of 664 patients with T2 DM were enrolled in this study from the Endocrinology Department in Peking University People’s Hospital from May 2011 to February 2019. All the patients were divided into two groups according to their diabetes duration:diabetes duration≤ 5 years group(n=321)and diabetes duration≥ 10 years group(n=343). Fasting blood samples were gathered and serum FGF21 was tested.Spearman correlation analysis was performed.Results FGF21 was comparable between the two groups.FGF21 was positively correlated with Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides,uric acid,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST)and UACR(P<0. 05),while negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in diabetes duration≤5 years group(P<0. 05).In diabetes duration≥ 10 years group,FGF21 was independently correlated with hypertension,BMI,AST,TG,serum uric acid(SUA)and UACR(P<0. 05),FGF21 was associated with Hb A1 c and estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)(P<0. 05).Conclusion FGF21 was associated with BMI and lipid profile in T2 DM. FGF21 was associated with hypertension and kidney function in long-term T2 DM only.
