银质针温针灸加电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of warm silver needling and moxibustion with electroacupuncture on lumbar disc herniation

目的观察银质针温针灸加电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择2018年8月—2020年11月浦东新区中医医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,采用随机对照的试验方法将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组给予临床常用的不锈钢质针电针治疗,治疗组予银质针温针灸加电针治疗,2组均治疗4周。观察2组患者治疗前后JOA腰痛量表及视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)评分、腰痛症状评分、生活功能评分,统计2组疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组VAS评分明显降低,JOA评分、腰椎症状评分、生活功能评分均明显升高,且治疗组各项评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论银质针温针灸加电针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于不锈钢针电针疗法。

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of warm silver needling moxibustion plus electric acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to the Pudong New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electric acupuncture with common stainless steel needling.The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion plus electroacupuncture with silver needle,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of JOA back pain scale and visual analog pain score scale(VAS),back pain symptom score,life function score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and their efficacy was assessed.Results Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores were significantly reduced,JOA score,lumbar symptom score,and life function score were significantly increased after treatment in the two groups,and the improvement of the scores of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion plus electroacupuncture with silver needle is better than electric acupuncture with stainless steel needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
