面向市政污水深度处理用压力式超滤膜组件的设计与运行参数优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 市政污水深度处理回用是推进污水资源化利用的重要组成部分,重点考察了热致相分离(TIPS)法聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压力式超滤膜在市政污水深度处理回用中的应用情况,研究了不同膜丝有效长度在不同运行参数下膜运行性能的区别,为后续其它的工程应用和膜组件的开发提供参考.结果表明,在0.8m^(2)/m^(3)以上高填充密度以及1500~1800mm膜丝有效长度的范围内,膜丝有效长度更短的膜组件跨膜压差(TMP)增长速度更为缓慢,膜污染程度轻,系统运行更加稳定,且这种优势在高产水量及长过滤周期的运行条件下表现的更加明显.在不同运行参数下的结果表明,对于膜丝有效长度更短的SMT900-P80组件,其产水通量可稳定至75L/(m^(2)·h),过滤周期可延长至54min,均优于膜丝有效长度更长的SMT600-P80组件.同时,研究结果显示在运行过程中不宜盲目增大过滤通量,延长过滤周期,反洗通量也不宜设置过高,应根据所用组件设置合理参数.产水浊度和膜丝的微观结构分析表明,超滤膜在城市污水回用处理中,污染物去除效果良好,抗污染性能高,可保持高通量和高水回收率,具有良好的性能和应用前景. Advanced treatment and reuse of municipal wastewater is an important part of the resource utilization.This paper introduces the application of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)pressurized ultrafiltration membrane that produced via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)in municipal wastewater project to study the effects of effective fiber length under different operation conditions on membrane performance,in order to provide a guidance for the subsequent development of other ultrafiltration applications in municipal wastewater advanced treatment.The results showed positive effect of shorter effective fiber length on TMPreducing and lower the fouling rate at the design of high packing density(0.8m^(2)/m^(3))and 1500~1800mm effective fiber length.The performance is more obvious under the conditions of the higher flux and filtration period.The results showed that the flux can be stabilized to 75L/(m^(2)·h),the filtration period can be extended to 54min for SMT900-P80.Both are better than SMT600-P80with longer effective fiber length.The results also showed that reasonable parameters should be set according to the membrane module that used.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis and the turbidity of the permeate shows that the ultrafiltration membrane has good of pollutant removal effect and high anti-pollution performance,which will lead to the good application prospects.
