Xi Jinping's Important Exposition of“Quality Promotes Agriculture”:Derivative Logic,Basic Composition and Contemporary Value

以习近平同志为核心的党中央深刻认识到农业发展现状,抓住现阶段我国农业发展的主要矛盾,提出了质量兴农的重要论述,将对我国农业发展的认识提升到了一个新的高度。本文着重阐述了习近平关于质量兴农重要论述的衍生逻辑、基本构成与当代价值,在梳理习近平关于质量兴农重要论述衍生的理论逻辑、现实逻辑与实践逻辑的基础上,提出其基本构成可归纳为一条底线、一个核心和四大抓手,即以保障农产品质量安全为底线,以加快农业绿色发展为核心,以推进农业全产业链融合、打造农业品牌、培育高素质农业人才队伍、提高农业科技创新力为四大抓手。这一论述对加快我国农业转型步伐、实现农业现代化发展具有深远的理论与实践价值。
