党的十八大以来,面对我国经济发展进入新常态带来的深刻变化,以习近平同志为核心的党中央推动“三农”工作理论创新、实践创新、制度创新,坚持把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重,切实把农业农村优先发展落到实处,持续加大强农惠农富农政策力度,扎实推进农业农村现代化,全面深化农村改革,提出了一系列新理念新思想新战略,农业生产方式、经营方式、资源利用方式,农产品供求关系、工农城乡关系等发生深刻变化,农业绿色发展理念深入人心,农业农村发展取得的重大成就和“三农”工作积累的丰富经验,为实施乡村振兴战略奠定了良好基础,为党和国家事业全面开创新局面提供了有力支撑。
