摘要
围绕闽南漳州畲民与香菇关系,在文献分析的基础上,进行文本分析,从中发现漳州香菇历史悠久、地位较高、影响深远,文本记载历经变迁,培育树种日益增多,培育技术不断发展,均与区域社会历史文化变迁密切相关。由此重写漳州香菇历史文化,还原漳州香菇应有的历史地位,对新时期香菇历史文化研究多有启示。
Based on the relationship between the She people in Zhangzhou,southern Fujianand the champignon,an analysis is carried out on the basis of literature analysis.It was foundthat Zhangzhou champignon have a long history,high status,and far-reaching influence.The literature records that champignon have undergone changes,cultivated tree speciesare increasing,and cultivated technology continues to develop,which are closely related tothe changes in regional society,history and culture.The article rewrites the history and culture of champignon in Zhangzhou,restores the historical status of champignon in Zhangzhou,and has much enlightenment for the research on the history and culture of champignonin the new era.
