东林书院的运营现状与发展策略研究

摘要 创建于北宋政和元年的东林书院历经时代变迁,在当代社会仍发挥着传承历史文化、开展社会教育、提供旅游观赏的功能。在传承与创新中,东林书院以未成年人为主要教育对象、以爱国为主要教育内容、以讲学为主要运作形式、以网络平台为主要宣传基地,形成了自己独特的运营模式,但同样面临东林故事讲述吸引力不足、文化活力与精品不足、发展视阈狭窄与普及面不足的现实困境。加强学术交流并深入挖掘东林文化内涵,打造东林品牌形象并开发优秀文化创意产品,扩大传播格局并展示书院文化形象,是东林书院突破发展瓶颈的主要举措。 Donglin Academy,founded in the first year of the Northern Song Dynasty,has gone through the changes of the times,and it still plays an important role in inheriting history and culture,developing social education and providing tourist appreciation.In the process of inheritance and innovation,Donglin Academy has formed its own unique operation mode by taking minors as the main object of education,patriotism as the main content of education,lecturing as the main operation form,and network platform as the main base of publicity.However,Donglin stories are also faced with problems like lack of attraction,cultural vitality and fine works,narrow vision of development and lack of universality.In order to break the development bottleneck of Donglin Acodenry,we should strengthen academic exchanges and explore the cultural connotation of Donglin,create the brand image of Donglin,develop excellent cultural and creative products,so as to expand the pattern of communication and to display the cultural image of the academy.
