“三全育人”视域下高校完善“易班”建设探析 被引量:4

摘要 基于马克思关于人的全面发展理论,网络信息技术与高校思政育人融合成为必然。“易班”平台为网络思政育人模式提供了平台,但其现实建设却仍存在与应然效果偏差较大的困境。宏观层面囿于“三全育人”格局尚未完备,“易班”建设主体较窄,队伍配备不齐;“易班”运行缺乏长效机制;全方位育人环境营造不足,缺乏对学生网络素养的培养。微观层面“易班”的功能与操作尚不完善。立足学生全面发展,将完善“三全育人”格局与“易班”的创新优化相结合;逐步深耕“易班”价值内涵,将之贯穿于功能开发与实践过程,方能完善“易班”应用,提升育人实效。 Based on Marx’s theory of human’s all-round development,integration of network information technology and ideological and political education in universities is inevitable.“E-class”has provided a platform for network ideological and political education mode.However,there is still a great deviation between actual construction and anticipation.At the macro level,the pattern of“three-complete education”has not been completed yet,since the main body of“E-class”construction is narrow,and the team is not well equipped.The operation of“E-class”lacks sustainable mechanism.Worse still,lack of comprehensive education environment and students’network literacy training is an obvious problem as well.At the micro level,the function and operation of“E-class”is not completed.Based on the all-round development of students,the promotion of the“three complete education”pattern should be combined with their own continuous innovation and optimization.To conclude,we should gradually deepen the connotation construction of“E-class”,and run through the process of function development and practice,so as to improve the application of“E-class”and enhance the effectiveness of education.
