摘要
产品线使企业可以满足消费者异质性需求,占领更大的市场份额,是企业提升竞争优势的重要手段。采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过梳理产品线研究的脉络和热点发现,尽管产品线研究已经有了非常丰富的文献,其发展过程中也融入了多学科的研究方法,但国内研究对该领域关注不足且缺乏针对整个领域的文献梳理,所以很难基于我国企业实际情况开展研究,也就难以提出有价值的指导建议。针对这些现状,从多学科融合、可持续发展、数字经济、中国情境4个方面探讨了该领域的未来研究方向。
Product lines enable companies to meet heterogeneous consumer demand and capture a larger market share,which is an important means for companies to enhance their competitive advantages.This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to sort out the lineage and hotspots of product line research.Although there is a very rich literature on product line research and its development has incorporated a multidisciplinary approach,domestic research has not paid enough attention to the field and lacks literature review on the entire field,so it is difficult to conduct research based on the actual situation of Chinese enterprises and make valuable guidance recommendations.In response to these current situations,future research directions in this field are discussed from four aspects:multidisciplinary integration,sustainable development,digital economy,and the Chinese context.
