摘要
聚焦组织的整合性制度化问题,探究组织在跨国复杂情境下,如何通过制度创业、合法性策略、制度逻辑调适以及跨层次制度安排来实现其目标。通过对中亚天然气管道工程项目的案例研究,发现组织的整合性制度化包含并行的两个相关过程:(1)通过制度创业获得合法性的制度过程,即逐层次构建组织行动的必要制度环境;(2)调适和整合多种制度要素,实现主导逻辑跨层次贯通的制度化。两个过程既实现了合法化意义上的制度化,也实现了组织行动的制度化。组织的制度背景是实现整合性制度化的重要条件。
This study focuses on the institutional integration of organizations,and explores how organizations can achieve their goals through institutional entrepreneurship,legitimacy strategy,institutional logic adjustment and cross-hierarchy institutional arrangement in the complex transnational context.Through the case study of the Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline project,it is found that the process of organization integration and institutionalization includes two parallel related processes:one is the process of gaining legitimacy through institutional entrepreneurship;the other is the process of integrating multiple institutional logic.The institutional environment of an organization is an important condition for the realization of integrated institutionalization.
