摘要 聚焦于组织行为与人力资源管理(OBHRM)领域的突破性创新研究,首先,对该领域突破性创新的内涵进行了阐述;然后,系统梳理了突破性创新的测量方式和理论视角,并从不同研究层次和研究焦点对现有相关实证研究进行了回顾;最后,总结了现有研究局限并对有关未来研究进行了展望,以期对后续研究提供有益借鉴。 This paper focuses on radical innovation in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management(OBHRM).It starts with the connotation of radical innovation,then systematically reviews the measurements and theoretical perspectives,and reviews the empirical research from different research levels and research foci.Finally,this review summarizes current limitations and prospects for future directions to promote the following research of radical innovation in this field.
