表皮蜡对蓝莓果实采后品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在蓝莓采收期间或采收后处理过程中,表皮蜡质容易损坏或被除去,目前关于表皮蜡对蓝莓果实品质的影响尚不清楚。本研究旨在揭示蓝莓表皮蜡去除对果实采后品质的影响及其可能的机制。通过比较表皮蜡去除组和对照组的质量参数、抗坏血酸、花色苷、超氧阴离子、过氧化氢、抗氧化酶、脂氧合酶、丙二醛等参数,结果表明,去除蓝莓表皮蜡能加速采后腐烂、降低感官和营养品质,并缩短储存架期;表皮蜡去除能降低抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化物质含量,加速ROS积累和脂质过氧化。本研究结果表明,表皮蜡在维持采后品质和延缓果实衰老中起着重要作用。 Epidermal wax is easily damaged or removed during blueberry harvesting or post-harvest processing.However,the effect of epidermal wax on the quality of blueberry fruit is not known yet.The aim of this study was to reveal the effect of blueberry epidermal wax removal on postharvest quality of fruit and its possible mechanism.By comparing the parameters(quality parameters,ascorbic acid,anthocyanins,superoxide anion,hydrogen peroxide,antioxidant enzymes,lipoxygenase,malondialdehyde and other parameters)of the epidermal wax removal group and the control group,studies showed that removal of blueberry epidermal wax could accelerate post-harvest rot,reduce sensory and nutritional quality,and reduce storage shelf life.Epidermal wax removal reduced antioxidant enzyme activity and antioxidant content,accelerated ROS accumulation and lipid peroxidation.These results indicate that epidermal waxes play an important role in maintaining postharvest quality and retarding fruit senescence.
