摘要
本研究是以野外采集的一株野生肺形侧耳(Pleurotus pulmonarius)菌株为研究材料,对其子实体进行组织分离、培养菌种。本试验通过对菌株进行分子鉴定,并对7个母种培养基配方、6个原种培养基配方和8个栽培种培养基配方菌丝生长及出菇品质的影响进行了研究。结果表明,经分子鉴定,获得的野生菌株为肺形侧耳;7个母种培养基配方中,以配方2(马铃薯200 g,琼脂20 g,蔗糖20 g)的生长速度和菌丝密度最好;6个原种培养料中,以配方4(棉籽壳78%,麦麸20%,蔗糖1%,石膏1%)为最佳配方;根据菌丝长势、出菇情况、产量和品质等指标,栽培种培养料中以配方1(棉籽壳88%,麦麸10%,石灰1%,石膏1%)为最佳配方。该研究结果为野生肺形侧耳的人工驯化栽培研究和优质食用菌产品的生产提供了理论参考依据。
In this study,a wild Pleurotus pulmonarius strain collected in the field was used as the research material,and its fruiting bodies were tissue-isolated to culture wild Pleurotus pulmonarius strains.Molecular identification of strains was carried out in this experiment,and the effects of 7 mother medium formulas,6 original medium formulas and 8 cultivated medium formulas on the growth and quality of wild Pleurotus pulmonarius strains were studied.The results showed that by molecular identification,the obtained wild strain was Pleurotus pulmonarius.Among the 7 mother culture media formulas,the formula 2(200 g potato,20 g agar,20 g sucrose)had the best growth rate and hypha density.Among the 6 original culture medium formulas,the formula 4(Cotton shell 78%,wheat bran 20%,sucrose 1%,gypsum 1%)was the best formula.According to the mycelium growth,fruiting condition,yield and quality,the formula 1(Cotton shell 88%,wheat bran 10%,lime 1%,gypsum 1%)was the best formula in the culture medium.The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the artificial domestication and cultivation of wild Pleurotus pulmonarius and the production of high-quality edible fungi products.
