匹配仪器信号的中医证候测量变量及计量模型 被引量:1

摘要 目的提出一种简单明确且可扩展的“中医理论-检测设备”对接方法,建立可以被现代科技测量的中医工程概念体系,以解决中医理论体系和现代科学技术之间对接难的问题。方法通过中医诊断学相关文献回顾,梳理中医病因、病机、病位、病性等中医基础理论和诊断学概念,以及经络腧穴等针灸概念,选择合适的测量客体,并建立测量变量体系。结果将中医证候的仪器测量客体定义为最小测量单元,用中医语言描述为测量元素,用工程学语言描述为测量变量。测量变量各自逻辑独立、边界清楚,区分测量变量和量值。以现代中医诊断学中“证素”概念为基础,系统整理文献中的中医证候变量类型,构建了定位变量、生理变量、病机变量、流派测量变量和专科测量变量五类测量变量的体系,并制定出各测量变量的计量规则。结论仪器测量信号通过测量元素以及证候的接口与中医基础理论体系可以对接。 Objective In order to solve the problem of difficult connection between the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and modern science and technology,this paper proposes a simple,clear and extensible docking method of“theory of traditional Chinese medicine-detection equipment”,and establishes the concept system of traditional Chinese medicine engineering that can be measured by modern science and technology.Methods The instrument measurement object of TCM syndrome was defined as the smallest measurement unit,which was described as the measurement element in TCM language and the measurement variable in engineering language.The measurement variables were logically independent and clearly defined,and the measurement variables and values were distinguished.Based on the concept of“syndrome elements”in modern TCM diagnostics,TCM syndrome variable types in literature were systematically sorted out to be TCM measurement.The system of variables provides reference.Results The body information including five kinds of measurement variables was established:positioning variable,physiological variable,pathogenesis variable,school measurement variable and specialty measurement variable;and the measurement rules of each measurement variable were formulated,so that the instrument measurement signal could be connected with the basic theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine through the interface of measurement elements and syndromes.Conclusions This study established an open interface system of TCM medical industry integration,which can promote the development and clinical use of TCM equipment.
