五加生化胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇对人工流产术后子宫内膜厚度、卵巢功能及炎性因子影响

Effects of Wujia Shenghua Capsule Combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol on Endometrial Thickness,Ovarian Function and Inflammatory Factors in Treatment of Patients after Induced Abortion

目的分析五加生化胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇对人工流产术后子宫内膜厚度、卵巢功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月行人工流产术者94例,根据术后药物治疗方案不同将其分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。观察组术后予以五加生化胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇,对照组术后予以屈螺酮炔雌醇。观察两组阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、阴道出血量及并发症发生情况,比较治疗前和治疗7 d后子宫内膜厚度、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和纤维蛋白原水平。结果观察组阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间均短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗7 d后,观察组E_(2)、IL-10水平高于对照组,FSH、LH、IL-6、TNF-α、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五加生化胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇可促进人工流产术后子宫内膜复旧,减轻创伤性操作对卵巢功能的影响,这可能与该方案的抗炎、改善血液流变学等作用相关。

Objective To analyze effects of Wujia Shenghua Capsule combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol on endometrial thickness,ovarian function and inflammatory factors in treatment of patients after induced abortion.Methods A total of 94 patients receiving induced abortion between January 2018 and January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47)according to different postoperative drug treatment schemes.Observation group was given Wujia Shenghua Capsule combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol after operation,while control group was given Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol after operation.In two groups,vaginal bleeding time,the time of regaining menstruation,vaginal bleeding volume and incidence rate of complications were observed,and levels of endometrial thickness,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and fibrinogen were compared before and after treatment for 7 d.Results Compared with those in control group,times of vaginal bleeding and regaining menstruation were significantly shorter,while volume of vaginal bleeding was less in observation group(P<0.01).After treatment for 7 d,in observation group,levels of E 2 and IL-10 were significantly higher,while levels of FSH,LH,IL-6 and TNF-α,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those in control group,and the endometrium thickness was greater than that in control group(P<0.01).The total incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wujia Shenghua Capsule combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol may promote endometrial involution after induced abortion and reduce the effect of traumatic operation on ovarian function,which may be related to effects such as anti-inflammatory and hemorheological improvement of this regimen.
