摘要
以油茶籽作为试验原料,借助超声波清洗机辅助乙醇溶液提取油茶籽油进行试验。从单因素分析角度出发,分析料液比、超声时间、超声温度、超声功率等多因素分析其对茶叶籽出油率产生的影响,通过正交试验对油菜籽油提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,在乙醇体积分数80%、料液比1︰14 (g/mL)、超声温度80℃、超声时间100min、超声功率310 W的工艺条件下,油茶籽油得率可达39.7%。
Camellia seed oil was used as the test material,and the oil camellia seed oil was extracted with the help of an ultrasonic cleaning machine to assist the ethanol solution.From the perspective of single factor analysis,the material-to-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic power and other factors were analyzed to analyze their influence on tea seed oil yield,and the rapeseed oil extraction process was optimized through orthogonal experiments.The results showed that under the process conditions of 80% ethanol concentration,1︰14(g/mL) material-to-liquid ratio,80 ℃ ultrasonic temperature,100 min ultrasonic time and 310 W ultrasonic power,the oil output rate of Camellia oleifera could reach 39.7%.
