摘要
试验研究果糖生产过程中焦亚硫酸钠在葡萄糖异构中的作用,优化异构工段辅料的添加,确定异构工段辅料的添加情况:焦亚硫酸钠100 mg/kg、MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O 400 mg/kg, Na_(2)CO_(3)︰NaHCO_(3)质量比1︰2。异构工段辅料优化后,离交废水中硫元素含量减少83.78%,减轻了废水处理压力。
The effect of Na2S2O5 on glucose isomerism in the fructose production process was studied,and the addition of ingredients in the isomerism section was optimized.The optimized results were determined as follows:Na2S2O5 100 mg/kg,MgCl_(2)·6 H_(2)O 400 mg/kg,the mass ratio of Na_(2)CO_(3)︰NaHCO_(3) was 1︰2.After the ingredients optimization,the sulfur content of the ion-exchanged wastewater was reduced by 83.78%,which could alleviate the pressure of Ion-exchanged wastewater treatment.
