摘要
该文介绍了我国食品自动售卖(制售)行业发展现状,分析了行业的发展潜力和目前的监管现状,从设备制造、产品销售、企业运营、标准规范等方面剖析我国食品自动售卖(制售)行业仍面临的食品安全和市场监管风险,提出加强自动售卖(制售)行业食品质量安全监管的建议。
The development status,industry potential and current regulatory status of vending machines for food and beverages in China are introduced.According to the research,the risk of food safety and market supervision for vending machines is deeply analyzed in the following aspects:equipment manufacturing,product sales,enterprise operations,standards and regulations.And the suggestion about the management of food quality and safety in vending machines is also correspondingly advanced.
